Deltic Group is the UK’s largest operator of late-night bars and clubs. They run 52 UK Clubs including the Prizm and Oceana brands, as well as Eden, Atik & Vinyl.

Vuzo’s team were called in by Group CEO Peter Marks to analyse their archived booking and revenue datasets.

Our Approach

We were briefed to harmonise the data across multiple sources, clean-up, and extract valuable insight into trends and correlations. This allowed data to inform future bookings, calendar optimisation and act selection across their nationwide portfolio.

Within 3 months of engagement we identified opportunities for direct cost savings amounting to 0.2% of the group’s EBIT (£11m 2018/19), representing an ROI of 22x.
