Pushing up Pmax ROAS with data
"Lester, Peter and Fabio at Vuzo analysed multiple years of our historic conversion data [and created] Google Ads Performance Max campaigns for our key seasonal product lines. Competition in our space is fierce, and Vuzo’s impact drove campaign ROAS... as high as 19.2x."

IT Manager, Longacres Garden Centres
Established in 1979, Longacres Garden Centre Bagshot is the largest independent garden centre in the South of England, occupying a nine acre site in Surrey. The award-winning retailer (7 times number one Garden Centre by turnover – Horticulture Week) also have five further sites in Addlestone, Chelmsford, Shepperton, Chobham and Ashford, offering a huge range of products including fresh cut flowers, plants, garden furniture and tools.
The Challenge
Longacres face fierce competition in the online space for key seasonal ranges such as Christmas Trees, Barbecues and Garden Furniture. They have the benefit of an excellent reputation for customer service borne out in their impressive 4.8 rating on Trustpilot, as well as the depth and breadth of knowledge and experience from running so many UK sites for over 40 years. Translating these traits into competitive advantage online was Vuzo’s task.
Our Approach
Vuzo’s long experience in data analysis and working with large ecommerce datasets was leveraged to full effect, recommending campaign restructure and ingesting XML Google shopping feed data to optimise performance in Google Ads & Microsoft Ads.
The results were swift and stunning. Up to 19.2x ROAS on the top performing campaigns, and an average lift to 761% ROAS.

"We've worked with Vuzo since 2018, benefiting immensely from their combo of data analytics and digital marketing expertise. Vuzo’s impact was very decent — substantial performance improvements including an impressive ROAS of 761%, with some campaigns achieving as high as 19.2x.
Vuzo continues to demonstrate strong value as our data-driven digital marketing partner.
It was a really worthwhile exercise, no question."
